On Monday Night Raw, #DIY punched their ticket to WrestleMania, defeating The Creed Brothers to qualify for the tag team ladder match. In a backstage exclusive, the team of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa reacted to the huge win. During the interview, the latter expressed his desire to see the Kelce brothers and Taylor Swift at WrestleMania 40 and invited the trio to the show.
Ciampa claimed that he hopes to meet and shake Jason Kelce‘s hand at the Show of Shows. Further, Gargano chimed in and revealed that the pair are big fans of the Kelce brothers. The 38-year-old then hilariously quipped that their children “love” Travis’ girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Last week, the United States Champion, Logan Paul, also invited the NFL brothers to this year’s SummerSlam in Cleveland, Ohio.

Obviously, WWE shares a rich history in terms of celebrity involvement in their shows, especially at WrestleMania. Previously, stars such as Snoop Dogg and Rob Gronkowski have appeared at the Showcase of Immortals. Therefore, a special cameo from the Kelce brothers and Swift cannot be ruled out at this year’s event. Interestingly, Tommaso Ciampa “shoot his shot” and invited Philadelphia’s own, Rocky Balboa himself, Sylvester Stallone.
WWE officials are reportedly interested in involving the Hollywood legend in some capacity at WrestleMania. In fact, fans are speculating that the actor might perform a voiceover for Cody Rhodes‘ video package. Only time will tell whether the Stamford-based promotion will be able to bring in these celebrities at the Grandest Stage of Them All.
Will #DIY finally capture tag team gold at WrestleMania 40?
Since their reunion on the main roster, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa have remained a prominent feature on television. The popular tag team had achieved everything on NXT, both collectively and individually. Now is their time to shine on the biggest stage. For the first time in their careers, #DIY will compete at WrestleMania.

Gargano and Ciampa will have to battle five other tag teams in a stipulation that both men are familiar with: a ladder match. The champions, Finn Balor and Damian Priest, will do anything to retain their titles. In addition to that, the experience of The New Day and the unpredictability of Awesome Truth pose viable threats.
On the blue brand, a set of qualifiers will determine the two remaining teams. At the moment, it seems that the odds are tipped in favor of R-Truth and The Miz walking out as champs. Needless to say, it will be interesting to see whether #DIY defies the odds and makes history at the Showcase of Immortals.
