Chiefs HC Andy Reid dubs Taylor Swift the ‘most famous woman’ since Queen Elizabeth II’s death

There are some personalities in history who will never be forgotten. Queen Elizabeth II is one of those figures, the Monarch ruled for 70 years and played a pivotal role in aiding the transition during one of the most tumultuous times in the history of the UK. At one time, the Queen was considered to be the most influential woman on the planet.
In the modern era, Taylor Swift has taken the place of the Queen in terms of fame, at least among the younger generation. She has become a global star, one who is recognized throughout the globe. Andy Reid, the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs believes that Swift is the new global phenomenon.
As per a report by Daily Mail, Andy Reid had this to say with regards to Travis Kelce‘s girlfriend:
I knew her dad and her mom, good solid people. I’d met her when she was young. She’s so grounded for who she is. Since the Queen has passed away, she might be the most famous woman in the world. But she handles it.

Andy Reid dismissed the notion that Taylor Swift’s presence at the team games served as a distraction for the Chiefs. While the team put a rest to these reports by winning the Super Bowl, the head coach had a few things to say with regard to this as well. Reid said:I think it’s a great escape for her. She sincerely enjoys the games. Behind the scenes, to fit in. I don’t even think she knew she was doing this, but she likes to cook so she made the offensive linemen homemade Pop-Tarts. So it was over. She knew right where to go!

Andy Reid is happy with the way Swift has mingled with the team. He believes it is a form of mental escape for her from all the lights and cameras when she is around them. It gives her a much-needed sense of normalcy. To coach Reid, Travis Kelce’s relationship was never an issue. In fact, the first time he met Swift and her father was during his tenure as the HC of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Andy Reid’s statement made one thing clear. Taylor Swift is indeed a master baker. Earlier in December, Bernie Kosar had revealed that Swift made cinnamon rolls for Kelce as a pre-game snack. It looks like the tight end will return to OTAs with the same dad body as Patrick Mahomes.
