Eazy E’s son, Lil’ Eazy E and Dogg Pound producer/MC Daz Dillinger have released the song and video “8 Ball Sippin'” from their upcoming project The Legacy which is due in March.

“8 Ball Sippin'” is a homage to the late Eazy E’s hit “Eazy Duz It” from his debut album of the same name. The mid-tempo banger borrows Eazy’s famous lines for its hook: “8 ball sippin, the bitches are flippin’/slow down, I hit a dip and, continue my trippin’ hittin’ my switches, collect from my bitches/ the money that I make so I can add to my riches.”

Daz drops the last verse of the song and the video which is reminiscent of many West Coast videos of yesteryear features an appearance by Kurupt of Tha Dogg Pound.

Lil Eazy E has released several singles, videos, and mixtapes and in 2003 he paid homage to his father on “Boyz-N-The Hood 2003.” Daz is part of the recently reintroduced supergroup The N Matez with his former Death Row label mates The Lady of Rage, Kurupt and RBX. The group officially formed in 2011 and released the song “Tragical” Their new 14-song project is due this year.
