Eazy-E’s daughter reveals she wants to preserve the musical legacy of her father by using AI
Eazy-E’s son, Lil Eazy-E, during the celebration of his father’s street-naming ceremony in Compton, informed T.M.Z. that fans should anticipate the release of some of his father’s unreleased songs using artificial intelligence.
The scoop
Like her brother, Lil Eazy-E, Erin reveals she is interested in improving her father’s legacy by exploring artificial intelligence to make music with his voice. In his days, Eazy-E was a global phenomenon in the hip-hop space.
He co-founded Ruthless Records and floated the group N.W.A. alongside mega stars and fellow rappers Ice Cube and Dr. Dre. He was majorly the most trending hip-hop artist because of violent and misogynistic lyrics, which came to the fore with his widely acclaimed albums like Straight Outta Compton, which he released as a solo artist.

One month after being diagnosed with AIDS-related pneumonia, Eazy-E passed away on March 26, 1995. He was thirty years old (most reports at the time stated he was thirty-one because his birthdate had been manipulated by one year). On April 7, 1995, he was laid to rest in Whittier, California’s Rose Hills Memorial Park.
His death was plagued with a series of controversies: at a Hollywood news conference on March 17, 1995, he informed the world that he had AIDS. The rapper’s friend and lawyer, Ron Sweeney, revealed in a prepared statement that Eric Wright was listed in critical condition at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and that he had only found out about his condition two weeks earlier.
Easy E’s background and early career
On September 7, 1963, rapper Eazy-E was born Eric Wright in Compton, California, in Los Angeles County. After dropping out of high school, he worked as a drug dealer for a while, using the money he earned to co-found Ruthless Records with Jerry Heller, a music industry insider.
Along with two other young people from the area, O’Shea Jackson (“Ice Cube”) and Andre Young (“Dr. Dre”), he began writing songs for Wright’s record label. When another Ruthless group rejected Jackson and Young’s music, Wright collaborated with the two men to record “Boyz-n-the-Hood” as Niggaz With Attitude, or N.W.A.
The son of Eazy-E might use AI to distribute his father’s unreleased music
Eazy-E’s son, Lil Eazy-E, during the celebration of his father’s street-naming ceremony in Compton, informed T.M.Z. that fans should anticipate the release of some of his father’s unreleased songs using artificial intelligence.
He asserted that AI tools are one of the available and exciting techniques to launch the arrival of some of his father’s unreleased materials. This move reestablishes and honors his late father’s legacy.
“We’ll see,” Lil Eazy-E said when asked about the possibility.
“We’ll see how that’s coming. There are, y’know, some hidden tracks out there, so we’ll see how that goes.”
“[Lil Eazy] revealed he’s got big plans for the estate in the future … including some collab with AI.,” T.M.Z. reported today. “The AI the idea is just one of the visions [Lil Eazy] says he’s floating to honor his famous father’s legacy … AI tools could prove useful in completing some unreleased tracks.”
Erin, his sister, wants to rewrite the story of their father’s passing. More of their father’s unheard songs will be accessible thanks to AI, which, in her opinion, will help change the perceptions of many people who only know their father as the musician who passed away from AIDS. If Eazy-E’s unreleased songs make it to the mainstream music scene, fans will talk about his old-time ingenuity and ability to create magical rap songs.
Observing how artificial intelligence can prevent the unpublished works of multiple deceased artists from deteriorating and going extinct is intriguing. The idea of artificial intelligence keeps spreading, and seeing how far it can advance is astounding.
