Jennifer Hudson and Common are off the market. The talk show host and rapper have been dating secretly for months, according to sources.

Rumors swirled last year when J-Hud and Common were spotted out on a date together.

Radar Online reported that a source confirmed the “Dreamgirls” star has been secretly dating the rapper/actor. Jennifer, 41, and Common, 50, have been friends for over a decade.

Jennifer stepped in after his failed relationship with comedic actress Tiffany Haddish last year.

They reportedly got closer on the set of their new thriller Breathe.

“Things took a romantic turn while they were filming in Philadelphia over the summer,” the insider told Radar. “When the day’s shoot wrapped, they’d always find their way to each other’s side.”

The insider continued: “They’ve kept up their communication since shooting the movie. They get together whenever their schedules allow. Of course, he’s known as a total flirt, but Jennifer feels there’s no harm in that, and she’s having fun.”

Common’s dating history includes Erykah Badu, Serena Williams, Jaguar Wright, Taraji P. Henson, and Angela Rye.

Common says he sought relationship advice from unlicensed therapist Michelle Obama.

He said the former First Lady told him to stop looking for that perfect woman because he’s not perfect himself.

“One great thing that she told me was that you’re not gonna get anybody that’s perfect, because you’re not perfect,” he said. “So understand that there’s some things that you will compromise in choosing that partner, but as long as the core values, that person marks off on that list, you’re good.”
