Britney Spears said “being single is awesome” amid rumors that she’s dating her controversial ex Paul Richard Soliz.

The “Gimme More” singer shared another one of her dancing videos to Instagram over the weekend and shared the pointed message in her caption, writing, “Beautiful Sunday 🌹 Hopeless, romantic understanding that being single is awesome 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🍒🍒🍒 !!!”

Spears’ not-so-subtle comment comes after a report from Us Weekly claimed that the “Crossroads” star was still dating Soliz, a convicted felon who worked as her housekeeper to “clean toilets, mop floors and pick up trash.”

Britney and Paul are definitely together,” one source told the publication. “He’s still in the picture.”

A second source also confirmed to the magazine that the pair are romantically involved.
