Taylor Swift and boyfriend Travis Kelce’s families came together at his Kansas City mansion for a festive Christmas celebration, an insider has revealed to DailyMail.com.

On Christmas Day, Taylor’s dad and mom Scott, 71, and Andrea, 65 – along with her brother Austin, 31 – cheered on Travis’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, at Arrowhead Stadium, where his side ultimately suffered a loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, 20-14.

Following the defeat, photographs surfaced of Taylor’s dad Scott watching the game alongside Travis’s father Ed, 69. The two men were seen chatting up a storm and DailyMail.com has exclusively learned that their conversation didn’t end when the game finished.

A source close to the Anti-Hero singer revealed that, following the game, Taylor’s family joined Travis and his father at the NFL tight end’s Kansas City mansion, where they all celebrated the remainder of the holiday together.

Travis Kelce discusses Chiefs ’embarrassing’ loss on Christmas day

‘Seeing their families together on such a special holiday was the best gift ever for Taylor,’ a source close to the 34-year-old Grammy Award winner told DailyMail.com.

‘She’s never had this happen before and it made the holiday the most meaningful one for her.

‘Her friends think that this is just more proof that Travis is going to be a Swiftie for life.

‘Of course Travis was bummed that they did not win the game. But he is at the point in his career where he does not let this get to him too much and is looking forward to the next game.’

Missing from the bunch was Travis’s mother Donna, 71, who Taylor has grown quite close to in recent months.

She was in Philadelphia on Christmas Day, supporting her other son Jason’s team, the Philadelphia Eagles, who faced off against the New York Giants. The Eagles ended up winning 33-25.

Afterwards Donna was expected to fly back to Kansas City – where Taylor’s family has remained since Christmas.

Prior to the game, Donna told People: ‘I will be in Philadelphia for Christmas, spending time with my grandkids as we cheer on their dad.’

She was, of course, referring to Jason, 36, who plays as a center for the Philadelphia Eagles. Jason and his wife, Kylie, share three-year-old Wyatt, two-year-old Elliott, and nine-month-old Bennett.

Donna told the outlet that, after the game, she would travel to Kansas City to spend time with ‘family, friends and Chiefs fans.’

Although she was not with her husband and the Swift family for Christmas Day, the source told DailyMail.com that she did, in fact, jet back to Kansas City to meet Taylor’s parents.

As fans know, the first time that Taylor’s parents were expected to meet was in November when the Kelce brothers’ teams – the Chiefs and the Eagles – faced off against each other.

But Taylor had to pull out of attending the game, as did her parents, when one of her fans, 23-year-old Ana Clara Benevides, died from heat exhaustion prior to Taylor’s Eras Tour show in Rio de Janeiro.

Donna and Taylor have met multiple times before – the first time the singer at a Chiefs game, she was stood alongside Donna in the Kelce suite at Arrowhead Stadium.

Scott and Travis have also already met before – and were seen standing together at one of Taylor’s shows in Buenos Aires, Argentina earlier this month.

Jason Kelce teases Swift’s dad Scott for wearing a Chiefs sweater

‘He’s a huge football guy – he played college ball. I believe a year at Hawaii and then a year or two – I forget how long he was there – at Delaware,’ Kelce revealed about Swift’s dad on the brothers’ New Heights podcast.

‘I think he was a linebacker-turned-center… he’s a tall guy – about 6-foot-2-inches.’

Jason, who is one of the most high-profile centers in professional football, responded: ‘We’re going to have to get together and talk some center shop one day.’

On Wednesday, Travis and Jason sent Taylor’s fans on red alert when they teased the possibility of her appearing on their podcast this coming Friday.

Revealing the news, Travis said: ‘We got a guest episode coming up… for you 92%ers for being so loyal and tuning in every single week and being such fans of the Kelce household, we have a Kelce family year-end holiday spectacular. It’s dropping this Friday.

‘It’s going to be a revolving door of Kelce family members coming through to talk with us and we cannot wait to share it with you this Friday.’

The Chiefs game on Christmas Day was record-breaking, with the NFL raking in its biggest viewership on the holiday since 1989 – coincidentally the name of Taylor’s fifth studio album.

Following the Chiefs loss to the Raiders, Taylor was seen comforting new friend Brittany Mahomes, 28, wife of Kansas City quarterback Patrick, 28.

In a recent interview with CBS, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback offered his reaction to Taylor and Travis’s romance, saying that she’s been good for him and for the team.

‘She’s just part of Chiefs Kingdom and she is part of the team,’ Mahomes told CBS’s Nate Burleson.

‘At first, I felt like everyone kind of stayed away – just let him do what he was doing,’ Mahomes added, describing the beginning of the relationship earlier this fall.

‘And then he started bringing Taylor around and he realized how cool of a person she was, and she is, and so for us, there was a couple of jokes here and there at the beginning.’

DailyMail.com has contacted Taylor and Travis’s representatives for comment.
