Aquaman is the highest-grossing DC film of all time, earning $1.2 billion worldwide.

The Fast X star sat down to talk about his new movie with GMA’s Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos and Michael Strahan on Thursday.

About the plot of the movie, Momoa said: ‘We’re upping the ante for sure. I’m now a father, a husband, I’m the King. Normally I’m the reluctant king.’

He also revealed that Patrick Wilson plays his brother in the film and their characters don’t get along.

And the Dune star had a big hand in crafting the storyline of the sequel.

‘I’ve been playing the role for so long… so I wrote a wish list, a 50 page treatment and I went in and pitched in and they liked it,’ he said.

As a result, Momoa has a writing credit on the movie which is sure to become a blockbuster.

He revealed that there’s a lot of ad-libbing in Aquaman adding that he ‘don’t normally always do that but for Aquaman yeah,’ adding that he feels it is appropriate for this role.

Strahan asked him what his exercise routine is and if he indulges over the holidays. Momoa said: ‘Bro, I’m liking pasta every meal. I love eating.’
