Cardi’s estranged husband, Offset, seems to be promoting Cardi B too. (At least he’s doing something right *insert eye roll here*). He recently took to his own Stories to hype up the “Bodak Yellow” era. In his video, the Migos member can be seen vibing to the music with an approving nod. The caption, however, offered no audio clues. It was a simple video. “Stop being scary and drop the album,” he said, alongside a fiery emoji. Bueno, we’ll bite.

If the rumors are true, this forthcoming album would mark Cardi B’s first full-length release since her ever-successful “Invasion of Privacy” back in 2018. That album catapulted her to superstardom, birthing two Billboard Hot 100 chart-toppers in the form of the diamond-certified “Bodak Yellow” and the globally renowned song, “I Like It.” Not to mention, it clinched her a Grammy for Best Rap Album, beating heavy hitters like Pusha T, Travis Scott, and the late Nipsey Hussle. Latinas just know how to make the best jefa moves.
