NICKI MINAJ OPTS FOR ‘SPECIAL’ WIRELESS FESTIVAL SET OVER ADDITIONAL LONDON TOUR DATES

Nicki Minaj has revealed that she won’t be performing more shows in London despite having sold-out current Pink Friday 2 Tour dates, choosing instead to perform at the Wireless Festival.

The Wireless Festival’s official account on X, formerly known as Twitter, made the revelation on Saturday (February 24), where they reposted what Minaj had written on her Instagram stories a few nights before.

“Instead of doing another arena show in London after we sold out in the first week, I opted to do Wireless Festival,” they wrote. “This year’s show will be a billion times more special, creative, beautiful, cohesive, ugh! I’m so excited. I’d like to tell you guys thank you in advance. Last year was so meaningful but won’t compare. Just wait & see.”

Nicki Minaj‘s Pink Friday 2 Tour is already making a splash as it has reportedly become the rapper’s best-selling trek yet.

It continues: “Minaj sold 30,000 tickets in her home state alone with shows in Newark, New York City and Brooklyn, where an extra show is being added.”

Underneath the screenshot, an exuberant Nicki wrote: “This happened within days of presale. Now we are 10 days away. So grateful. SOOOOO grateful & honored to have you in #GagCITY.”
