Sam Asghari Subtly Disses Britney Spears In With Brad Pitt After She Quits Social Media
Sam Asghari has been careful about what he says regarding his divorce from Britney Spears after leaving the singer in August 2023. However, it appears Sam made a subtle dig at his estranged wife while posing for a photo with Brad Pitt, providing insight on where he stands with Britney.
Asghari ran into Pitt in last week at Bennett Miller’s art exhibit in Beverly Hills (Miller directed Pitt in the smash hit Moneyball). Sam later shared a photo he took with Brad at the event. Both gentlemen matched in brown jackets with dark shirts underneath. Both flashed a big smile for the camera, though Sam looked especially giddy. Sam went on to post the picture to Instagram, shortly after Britney announced she’d be taking a break from socials.
Speaking to TMZ, sources claim that Sam and Brad had a long conversation during the event, most focusing on beauty tips. Apparently, Sam got “a lot of great skin care tips with the man himself,” the publication reports.
Interestingly, there’s been some speculation that the photo of Asghari and Pitt could be fake. Bennett Miller’s artwork is known for combining AI with famous historical photographs. This has fuelled the theory that the Brad and Sam photo could be AI-generated in hopes of creating a bit of publicity for Miller’s exhibition.
Sam’s representative released a statement to TMZ. Though they didn’t address the authenticity of the photo, the rep confirmed Asghari attended the art gallery, noting he’s becoming friends with Bennett Miller through the acting business.
For instance, back in 2022, Sam poked fun of Britney online after he discovered a shirtless photo of Brad from Thelma & Louise. The singer also shared a photo of Pitt from his youth on social media last year, claiming he looks like her uncle.
Given Britney’s love for Pitt, Asghari’s choice to post a photo with him has some wondering if it was an attempt to rub it in her face. For now, Spears hasn’t reacted to Asghari meeting Pitt.
