As it’s been reported that Dafne Keen will reprise her role as Laura Kinney, a.k.a X-23, in Deadpool 3, Hugh Jackman fans are confused over it.

Hugh Jackman’s return as Wolverine in Deadpool 3, is sure to please fans. Wolverine is one of the most popular X-Men characters, and he has a long and rich history with Deadpool. Meanwhile, one of his most significant scene partners from Logan allegedly coming to join him in Deadpool 3.

According to industry scooper DanielRPK, Dafne Keen will reprise her role as Laura Kinney, a.k.a X-23, in Deadpool 3. However, this is making fans confused.

X-Men star Dafne Keen was in talks to reprise the role of Laura, aka X23, in Deadpool 3, but then the Hollywood strike started and everything was put on hold. However, following the end of Strikes, negotiations again started and Keen has signed on to reprise the role in Deadpool 3 along with Hugh Jackman.

Keen last portrayed this character in live-action in James Mangold’s Logan in 2017. And now reports are there that the role will not be merely a cameo, rather it will be a little more involved than that. Anyway, we will have to wait and watch.

Earlier, in an interview, Keen expressed her desire to return to the character. She told Looper:
“I’m trying not to get my hopes up too high in case it doesn’t happen, but I really do hope it does because I loved playing Laura. She holds a very special place in my heart and she’s an incredible character.”
The character first appeared in the animated series X-Men: Evolution.

So a kid with a Deadpool masked was spotted on set and now x-23.

I’m tired of the bait and switch crap. If I’m watching a movie or series about a character let it be that. Not someone else entirely.
