Lil Nas X fans go wild over Montero album & new music video featuring male ‘high school football players’ making out

LIL Nas X fans showed their love for his new Montero album and music video where he is making out with male football players calling it the “video of the decade.”

The rapper dropped his new album today after teasing fans with a fake baby bump to promote the album earlier this month.

The Old Town Road singer announced the album’s long-awaited release on his Instagram along with a clip from the music video for his single, That’s What I Want.

The video starts off with Lil Nas X being transported off a football field after injuring his knee during a game.

The clip then shows him alone in the locker room with his shirt off before a teammate walks in beginning a steamy makeout session.

Things got hot and heavy quickly as the two removed their uniforms, leaving a trail of clothing into the showers.

The 30-second clip ends with the pair in the shower together for a sultry sex scene.

Fans praised the star for putting his sexuality on display with some saying it was long-overdue.

One person commented: “You are going to piss off a lot of people with this one! Yes!!!”

While another echoed the statement writing: “you’re not scared to piss people off and I f***ing love that.”

Another user also boasted the safe sex message that the rapper included in the video, where he showed the couple tearing the wrapper off a condom before proceeding to the shower sex scene.

The fan wrote: “Love it & thanks for showing a condom.”

FAKE ‘BABY BUMP’

Lil Nas X first created buzz around the album earlier this month when he debuted his fake “baby bump” to promote its release.

The 22-year-old announced he was “pregnant” with his album while going shirtless and displaying his huge “baby bump” in a TikTok clip.

He looked straight into the camera as text above him read: “I have an announcement. Baby ‘Montero’ is due September 17, 2021.”

Lil Nas X also took part in a maternity shoot, showing off his “bump” while wearing a white robe and flower crown.

He captioned it: “SURPRISE! I can’t believe I’m finally announcing this. My little bundle of joy “MONTERO” is due September 17, 2021.”

Fans couldn’t help but notice that his “pregnancy” seems to echo Drake’s  Certified Lover Boy album cover – which features 12 emojis of pregnant women and was released on Thursday.

Montero is the third album from Lil Nas X, though it is his first studio album.

TROLL’S BACKLASH

While most fans praised the bold move, some critics expressed their discomfort at the TikTok video of his bump on social media.

One troll posted: “I really tired of Lil Nas .. his ugly a** too much … fkn roach.”

In his trademark tongue-in-cheek way, Lil Nas X hit back: “You really on here calling a young mother to be ugly?”

Another troll wrote: “Dr Umar said they will use LGBTQ to distract us from black civil rights and then they birthed Lil Nas x who is just a puppet for whatever label he is signed to.”

The Grammy-award winner shot back: “Oh yes a pregnant n***a, the greatest threat to black civil rights.”

He then tweeted: “N***as be like “you desperate for attention” then proceed to give it to me.”

Another troll wrote: “Lil Nas X goes from one outlandish antic to the next. You will never see a white, Asian, Hispanic or Arab equivalent to him in the entertainment industry. Those communities would not tolerate that c**p. Black people sooner or later we are going to make an example out of black.”

HIS RESPONSE

The songwriter responded: “One day y’all will learn I am not a representation of anyone but Lil Nas x.”

He added in a separate tweet: “Let me get offline, all of this negative energy is not good for the baby.”

His silence didn’t last long as he shut down comedian Donnell Rawlings, who posted: “I’m all for freedom of whatever.

“But at this point, Lil Nas is f***ing with the minds of kids. What are your thoughts, how do I explain this to my son?”

Lil Nas X replied: “N***a said ‘how do I explain this to my son’ I’m screaming.”
