After being ordered to pay $5 million to Rick Ross’s baby mama, ’50 Cent’ files for bankruptcy, claiming to be impoverished.

50 Cent’ claims being broke, and files for bankruptcy after he was ordered to pay $5M to Rick Ross’s baby mama

Rapper 50 Cent is still stubborn even if he doesn’t have much money these days. According to the Wall Street Journal, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Monday. Jackson disclosed having debts and assets between $10 and $50 million. However, he doesn’t appear to be too concerned about his financial situation. Walt Disney has declared insolvency.

Philip Freidin, Leviston’s attorney, opted not to comment on the honor, which was first announced by the New York Daily News. The lawsuit is based on a 13-minute movie that was posted online in 2009 and starred Jackson as “Pimpin’ Curly,” a narrator who wore a wig. The character ridiculed Ross, who wasn’t in the video but has a daughter with Leviston, and made sexual comments about Leviston. When the video first came out, Ross and Jackson were teasing one another through interviews, lyrics, and videos. The man on the recording from 2008 gave it to Jackson; he was Leviston’s boyfriend at the time. Jackson didn’t publish the video, according to the rapper and his attorneys, but Leviston’s ex-boyfriend stated that it would be okay if he did, and he felt that would be enough. Jackson stated during sworn pre-trial questioning that was played for the jury that the “Pimpin’ Curly” character was only “joking” when he called Leviston a “porn star,” according to press sources. He declined to testify throughout the trial. However, Leviston, a resident of Pembroke Pines, Florida, claimed that when the video surfaced online, she was shocked and embarrassed.
